What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company, role, the tension or challenge you describe, and optionally your LinkedIn URL.

When you book a call through the scheduling page, we collect: your name, email address, and any notes you provide. Your booking time and duration are also stored.

For security, your IP address is temporarily processed during form and booking submissions for rate limiting. It is held in server memory only and is not persisted to any database.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used. These tools collect data about page visits, navigation clicks, scroll depth, and interactions such as CTA clicks and form events. This helps us improve the site experience.

Vercel Analytics collects aggregate, anonymized data. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

PostHog collects behavioral event data (such as which pages you visit and which elements you interact with) and stores session information in your browser's localStorage. PostHog data is processed on servers in the United States. You can clear localStorage through your browser settings at any time.

How we use it

Form submissions and booking details are used solely to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and manage scheduled calls. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising or marketing. We do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure services listed below.

Third-party services

The following services process your data as part of the site's infrastructure:

• ·Supabase stores form submissions and booking records in a database hosted in the United States.
• ·Resend delivers email notifications, including booking confirmations to you and submission alerts to the site owner.
• ·Google Calendar and Google Meet are used when you book a call. Your name, email, booking time, and any notes you provide are sent to Google to create a calendar event and generate a video meeting link.
• ·Vercel hosts the site and processes anonymized analytics data.
• ·PostHog processes behavioral analytics data on servers in the United States.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and booking records are retained for as long as necessary to manage the inquiry and any resulting engagement. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention policies. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
